Please note that there are two distinctive roles that fall under this advertised post. These roles are:

 

Investigator - MIU - Operation Lincoln – Multiple vacancies

Location: Worcester

Applications are sought from experienced PIP 2 qualified Police Staff Investigator (PSIs) to work on Operation Lincoln – the investigation into the standards of maternity care within Shrewsbury and Telford NHS Trust.

Please note this vacancy will be based at Worcester.

Previous Detective experience (in a variety of backgrounds) is essential.

Please refer to the Investigator - MIU role profile for further details on this position, however please note that the main purpose of the role is to act as part of the investigation team on Operation Lincoln, which will also include the collation and review of 3rd party material.

While the MIU role profile includes weekend working, this is not currently anticipated, although it may be required on an ad hoc basis.

 

Family Liaison Officer – MIU – Operation Lincoln – Multiple vacancies

Location: Worcester

Applications are sought from experienced PIP 2 qualified Police Staff Investigators who are also qualified and experienced as Family Liaison Officers (FLOs) to work on Operation Lincoln – the investigation into the standards of maternity care within Shrewsbury and Telford Hospitals NHS Trust.

Please note this vacancy will be based at Worcester.

Previous Detective experience (in a variety of backgrounds) is essential.  Previous experience as an FLO is desirable, however candidates with similar suitable previous experience will be considered.

Please refer to the Investigator - MIU role profile for further details on this position, however please note that the main purpose of the role is to act as a Family Liaison Officer as part of the FLO Team on Operation Lincoln.

While the MIU role profile includes weekend working, this is not currently anticipated, although it may be required on an ad hoc basis.
