The main purpose of the role is to manage the development, implementation and delivery of the strategic workforce plan.

To manage the governance principles supporting the management of the Force Establishment and contribute to the Strategic Workforce planning.

Develop and maintain oversight of organisational critical skills.

Provide insight and forecasting in relation to patterns and trends for the workforce.
