The main purpose of the role is to provide strategic management for Operation Lincoln in support of the Senior Investigating Officer. To manage the activities of the 3rd Party Material Team and the Family Liaison Team (FLO). To co-ordinate the work of teams of police officers and staff on Operation Lincoln. To manage the FLO and 3rd Party Material Team within the Major Investigation Unit (MIU) to ensure the delivery of Major Crime Investigation and Critical Incident service, ensuring organisational standards are upheld.
